A preliminary consultation gives you the opportunity to meet with your entertainment professional and discuss the unique details of your event prior to signing any contract.

These consultations are not held at various Starbucks locations throughout the area, but rather in our state-of-the-art headquarters in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.  If you are unable to meet with us in our office, we would be more than happy to discuss your event over the phone, or meet you at a location most convenient for you.

Once you have booked with us, you're entitled to a wedding planning consultation. Prior to your event, we will meet with you in person, or over the phone, to discuss your coordinating sheet, wedding itinerary, event timeline, and music requests.

This service enables you to continually monitor the various aspects of your event. Upon contracting our services, you will also gain access to our "Online Event Planner", which you can use to manage your event planning forms, online music lists and online payments.

Why We Don't Post Our Prices:

While on the topic of pricing, we do not believe in posting pre-determined or pre-priced "packages".  Our rationale is quite simple: You are nothing like the bride and groom we worked for last weekend, and won't be the same as the ones we work for next weekend, so why would we quote you as if you were?

Your needs, your wishes and your vision are unique and one of a kind. For this reason, before we provide you with a quote, we would first appreciate the opportunity to meet with you for a complimentary, no obligation consultation at our office (or a location convenient to you).

During this meeting, the goal would be to learn as much about you and your idea of what a perfect wedding should be like.  Of course, it will also be an opportunity for you to decide if we are really everthing we say we are! After your approval, as well as the information you provide for us, we would be happy to provide you with a more accurate (and fair) quote, exclusively designed to fit your needs!
